The Youth Transition Summit continues with a Virtual Webinar Series designed to support youth with disabilities as they transition into adulthood.
Held monthly from April through October 2026, each session features two transition-focused topics with practical strategies, resources, and guidance.
All webinars will take place on Zoom and include live captioning and Spanish interpretation to ensure accessibility for all participants.
Designed for families, caregivers, educators, and professionals, this series offers opportunities to learn from experts, engage in discussion, and gain tools that support long-term success and independence.
